All of our corporate executive housing units are NON-SMOKING units. No smoking is allowed inside the unit. There are NO exceptions. In addition, there are absolutely NO PETS of any kind allowed in any of our units. Violation of these policies will result in additional minimum charges of not less than $300.00 for carpet cleaning and furniture deodorizing. Check in time is after 3 p.m., and check out time is by 10 a.m., unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to by both parties. A security deposit in the amount of $300.00 must be secured by a credit card in order to reserve the unit. This deposit is NOT part of any rent, and will be refunded within ten (10) days after departure, providing terms have been adhered to and the following provisions have been met: a. There has been no damage to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. Any items abused, broken, or taken will be deducted from your security deposit. c. All trash has been properly disposed of in the provided trash receptacle. d. No charges are incurred due to pets, smoking, contraband, misuse of property, etc. e. All rents and charges have been paid in full prior to departure. Full rent payments must be received two weeks prior to the check in date for any length of stay of seven (7) weeks or less. For lengths of stay of eight (8) weeks or more, the rent for a four week period must be received two weeks prior to check in, and the next four weeks rent would be due two weeks prior to the starting date of the next four week period. This payment schedule would continue for each consecutive four week period with each being paid in full two weeks prior to the four week period. Prior to check in, a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation is required in order to be eligible to receive a refund of your security deposit and any rent received less an administrative processing fee of $75. A notice of cancellation with less than 30 days will forfeit the deposit in full. Late arrivals will not receive any refund of rent paid due to a shortened stay. In addition, early departures will not receive any refund of rent paid due to shortened stay unless a seven (7) day notice is received. Cancellation notices must be made in writing either by mail, or by e-mail with the date sent (e-mail) or the postmark (mail) determining the timeliness of the notification. Voice mail is NOT considered acceptable notification. |
